My interest in massage started in my youth when I was playing volleyball professionally for my home town in Puglia, Italy. I received regular massage and appreciated the importance of massage treatments to keep the players injury free and in peak form.
I started practicing and studying yoga and in 2003 I became an Iyengar yoga instructor. During the same period I studied and qualified in different forms of massage: Swedish, Sports, Thai, Shiatsu, Hawaiian, Reiki. Since then I have been working as a massage therapist in London.
I am very passionate about my work and continue to study new modalities.
I believe everyone is unique and that your treatment should be tailored specifically to your individual needs. I have studied a variety of therapies with the International Holistic Aromatherapy Foundation www.ihaf.co.uk under Brenda Coverdale, a highly regarded teacher and therapist herself, and I have over 17 years working experience. As a practitioner, I regularly attend workshops, read and undertake research into new and advanced techniques or specific health issues.
Over the years my work has led me more and more into working with women regarding fertility, pregnancy and childbirth. This is an area in which I have now gained much experience and knowledge.
I work with sports injuries – from training issues and preventative treatments to serious injury and helping the client get back to their sport, whether this it is just for general health or serious sports men and women.
I have helped many men and women of all ages for a variety of conditions whether for stress relief and relaxation or more serious illness or injury.
On your first visit, a detailed case history will be taken and your treatment discussed with you before starting any therapy.
I am fully qualified and insured and a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.

When I was performing and treading the boards at the Dominion theatre in 2001, I was
fortunate enough to receive an extremely invigorating massage most weeks for about
nine months. The feeling of rejuvenation that these treatments provided kick-started my interest in
and enthusiasm for massage and healing.
My friends had always appreciated my neck and shoulder massages and many of them said I was a
natural! By 2008 I had made the decision to train as a Sports Massage Therapist and follow a
career in the healing arts.
The clients I treat present with a variety musculoskeletal problems which may include; back and
neck pain, Repetitive Strain Injury, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, chronic muscular pain, Sciatica, and
plantar fasciitis, amongst others.
Having trained in Sports Massage Therapy, where sport injuries are the
common factor, I see many clients whose problems are related to their sports and exercise activities.
I also treat many clients whose lives are mainly sedentary.
My treatment approach is based on individual needs. I will assess your injury, treat the area with
massage and advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, neuromuscular
technique, Myofascial Release and Muscle Energy Techniques, which will involve your
own effort and movement within a stretch in order to break down fibrous adhesions.
Some musculoskeletal problems can be easily resolved in two or three treatments.
If however, you are experiencing acute or chronic pain, I will normally advise you to
come and see me for treatment for at least six weeks in order to achieve a substantial
reduction of pain. I will be able to advise you on enhancing your recovery, remedial
exercise and further injury prevention measures such as maintenance treatments in
order to improve your posture and function.
I look forward to meeting you with a warm welcome and to achieving the goal of resolving your
