HOW CAN I TELL WHICH WILL BE THE RIGHT THERAPY FOR MY PROBLEM?
Sometimes you will know exactly what kind of treatment you need, but other times you won’t. Discuss your problem with our Practice Co-ordinator Faye and she will be able to suggest were to start. Don’t forget that all of our therapists offer free 15 minute assessments where they can advise you on the best course of action. If after that you still aren’t sure, we are happy to discuss your case between us and suggest the therapy we thing will be the most appropriate to bring you back to optimum health fastest!
HOW CAN I BOOK MY TREATMENT?
You can book either over the phone on 020 7836 3646 or by calling in person at the Oasis Health Clinic reception inside the entrance of the Oasis Sports Centre. Telephone calls are answered from 8.30 a.m. and reception is usually staffed from 10.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Outside of these hours we operate an answerphone service.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY TREATENT?
W accepts cash, cheques, and all the major credit cards. Sorry, we do not take American Express.
CAN I CLAIM FOR MY TREATMENTS ON MY HEALTH INSURANCE?
This will vary from treatment to treatment. Our Osteopaths are registered with all major Health Providers. For other therapies such as Acupuncture, this will depend on your Health provider. Please consult your individual policy.
HOW DO I KNOW YOUR THERAPISTS ARE SAFE?
The Oasis Health Clinic upholds exceptionally high standards and insists that all of its therapists are fully qualified, belong to their respective professional bodies and undertake ongoing education as CPD (Continuing Professional Development). In addition, each individual therapist is registered and fully insured.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF THE SPORTS CENTRE TO RECEIVE TREATMENT?
No. The majority of our clients are members of the general public and do not belong to the Sports Centre. When you enter the building, you will be able to see a separate reception desk to the right for the Health Clinic.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. We will normally text you on the day before your treatment to remind you of your appointment. However, it is up to you to remember to come!
We reserve the right to charge clients who fail to attend an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Of course we realize that some cancellations are unavoidable, and we will use our discretion when deciding whether to impose a cancellation charge or not.
